Laurel works across the Major Grants programme supporting the application process from Expressions of Interest onwards.

Tom works closely with the Director on the Foundation’s Major Grants programme and oversees the regular grants programme.

Jen is responsible for managing our grant-making database and website. She processes all the grants we make, produces insight data for the team and ensures our systems and processes work smoothly and efficiently for our applicants.

Clare leads the team at the Foundation, working closely with the Trustees to set its longer term direction.

Hussain leads the grant operations team and ensures that our systems and processes are efficient and effective for the charities we support.

Jenna manages applications to our grants programme, from initial review to end-of-grant reports.

Amy manages applications to our grants programme, from initial review to end-of-grant reports.

A qualified Chartered Accountant, Taryn is responsible for ensuring the Foundation adheres to its financial obligations and oversees our grant payment process.

Andrew manages applications to our grants programme, from initial review to end-of-grant reports.

Suzanne manages applications to our grants programme, from initial review to end-of-grant reports.

Julie provides administrative support across the Foundation and Grants Team, and manages publicity/communications enquiries.

Emma supports the Foundation’s Major Grants programme and works closely with the Director and Trustees to coordinate grant activity and review meetings.

Matt leads on completing our eligibility checks for applicants, and manages enquiries to the Foundation, providing advice and support to our applicants.

David is our visual guardian. He designs our online, printed and social media content.

Sarah is the keeper of our written word. She developed our editorial style guide, and edits and typesets our publications.

Sofia manages our social media presence across a number of platforms and develops and implements the Foundation’s social media strategy.

Yousef supports our shared office environment across Associated British Foods, Wittington Investments and the Foundation. A graduate of the Fair Shot Employment Programme – a charity we have supported for several years – he helps keep the office running smoothly.
