Our 60th Anniversary

Weston Loan Programme

The Foundation’s Anniversary year saw the launch of an exciting partnership with the Art Fund, the Weston Loan Programme.

The Weston Loan Programme with Art Fund aims to enable access to great works of art and exhibitions to people across the UK. The programme’s three year funding and training programme will encourage and support the wider sharing of National Collections across UK museums and galleries by providing funding for loans from national institutions.

The Weston Loan Programme supports the costs associated with the loan of significant art and artefacts from National Collections, and helps regional museums and galleries to make the most of opportunities presented by the loan and to raise the profile of their own collections. Put simply, we are excited to be able to help people across the UK to enjoy and to be inspired by amazing art.
